Albumn Cover

Somehow I see the next Porcupine Tree cover using this......
"On the Road" or something less trite.
This is looking perfect west on the 146km straight along the Norseman - Eucla section of the National Highway #1

The Perth - Eucla is 1450kms. We did a lot of off road stuff etc etc so we added a few hundred more.
We also went into South Australia for some "Great Australian Bight" shots

More birds coming soon.....

Cheers
Rob

Oh I just love this and can think of lots of titles. But for now, I'll just keep looking at it, and add it to my likeys.

Very nice view! I love the lines and clouds. Using HDR techniques might also yield fantastic images.
Rob Martin: HDR is something I'm not really into. But you're right, might have worked. This photo really represents well what we were driving into.

Rob

No complaints here at all... The road looks a little wet (and that affect helps loads) but I guess knowing Australia at the moment that it is very unlikely to be. Great image.

richard
Rob Martin: Thanks Richard.
The wet look is the shiny surface.
There'd been no rain along that stretch for two years.
Cheers
Rob
